Esher College – Canteen Refurbishment

Baudelaire was appointed to carry out the refurbishment of the canteen and washroom facilities at Esher Sixth Form College, creating a more modern, practical and welcoming environment for students and staff. The project included the strip-out of existing finishes, alterations to internal layouts where required, and the installation of new wall, floor and ceiling finishes throughout the refurbished areas.

Within the canteen, works are likely to have included upgraded lighting, power distribution, decoration, flooring and the installation of improved serving and seating areas to enhance functionality and day-to-day use. Careful planning ensured disruption to the college was kept to a minimum.

The toilet refurbishment included new sanitaryware, cubicles, vanity units, plumbing upgrades, ventilation improvements and modern finishes. The completed project delivered bright, durable and easy-to-maintain facilities designed to meet the demands of a busy educational environment.
